RETURN POLICY
Returns
Products are returned within fourteen (14) days from the arrival date of your order.
Product returns are accepted when:
The product is in its original condition.
The product is not soiled or altered.
The customer assumes the return costs, returning the product in its original condition.
There is a 5 euro charge for refunds.
There is a 2 euro charge for exchanges.

In the event of a refund, the procedure is made within fourteen (14) business days from receipt and the costs are borne by the customer.

Returns for which we are at fault
If you receive a product that is incorrect (i.e., it is not the product that you ordered) or is defective, you can contact our e-shop on +30 2310225551, within 14 days of the date of receipt, to schedule the pick up of the incorrect product at our expense and to arrange the delivery of the correct product that you have ordered (including the shipping costs)
* Due to hygiene reasons, the return of swimwear is not permitted.
