4. How long do we retain your data

Our policy is to retain your data for as long as we need it to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected in accordance with the principles of data minimization and limitation of the storage period. Moreover, we align the retention of your data with any differences that may arise from the exercise of your data protection rights.

We will not transfer, disclose or rent your personal data to any third party/entity in any other manner than the one described in this Privacy Declaration. Our company transmits personal data to third parties, to which the company assigns the data processing on its behalf.

Data is only transmitted to companies that collaborate with ours and provide services for the purpose of sending marketing material and personalized offers. In addition, this data is transmitted to companies that collaborate with ours for the purpose of measuring the quality of services provided and the measuring our products & services. Also, for the purposes of carrying out the sale, data is transmitted to collaborating businesses, which have been assigned with part of the contract’s execution, such as transportation companies or pick-up points that you have selected. To this end, access to your personal data is given to independent service providers who have build our website and to those who provide us with technical support and/or host our website.

We aim to ensure that all these third parties/independent service providers will not use your personal data for any other reason other than to provide the services which are stated in their legally binding contract. Moreover, we conclude contracts with these independent contractors which obligate them to comply with the legally-required data protection standards and to use the data solely for the purposes for which they were transmitted.

The procedure for processing any of request relating to the above rights is as follows. We will assess the request and respond in relation to its progress (approval, partial approval, rejection) as soon as possible and within one month of its submission. In the event that our company rejects your request regarding the aforementioned Data Protection Rights, we will communicate the reasons for the rejection. You have the right to file a complaint directly to the regulatory authority and our company’s Data Protection Officer.
