The website www.katelondon.co includes the e-shop which belongs to the company English Stores SA (VAT Reg. No. 801042734, ΦΑΕ ΘΕΣΣΑΛΟΝΙΚΗΣ). The company is domiciled at 41 Tsimiski Street, Thessaloniki, GR-54623. This e-shop allows our customers and other internet users to acquire information about our products and to place online orders.

Your credit card details are entered directly in the bank’s secure environment and our company does not store nor does it know your credit card details.

5.PRODUCT ORDERS AND CONSUMER PROTECTION

Orders which are made through the e-shop constitute the conclusion of a distance selling agreement, which is governed by the legislative framework of Law 2251/1994 (as currently in force) and the amendments referred to in Presidential Decree 131/2003 (Government Gazette A 116/16.05. 2003). The user has the right to place a valid order through the e-shop, provided that he/she is legally capable of complying with the provisions of the Greek Civil Code (provided he/she has reached the age of eighteen and is not under guardianship with respect to the conclusion of the contract of sale). Orders may also be placed by legal persons’ legal representatives. English Stores SA reserves the right to claim the return of any orders that are made by legally incapable persons from the guardian.

6. MISCELLANEOUS

Force majeure:

If for reasons of force majeure (e.g., bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.) we are not able to deliver the products within the predefined time frame, we will inform you via email, so that you can tell us whether you would like your order to be finalized. English Stores SA shall not bear any responsibility for any situation that is out of its control and will do everything humanly possible to serve you in the best possible way. In the event that you have submitted an online order and upon receiving it you ascertain that a product is missing from the total order, please contact us so that we can arrange all the necessary details in order to send you the products that you did not receive without any extra charge.

 

Amendment of these terms:

www.katelondon.co reserves the right to amend or renew the transactions’ terms and conditions. The company also undertakes to update this text when any change or addition is made to the terms. In the event that the ordered goods have not been received (and if an unjustifiably long period of time has passed since placing the order) please contact a www.katelondon.co representative. For better and faster service, we recommend that you state the special order code that has been sent to the email address that you stated when placing the order.
